Hello, I’m Nehaa.

My journey toward healing began long before I became a Licensed Psychologist. As a child, I experienced anxiety, shyness, and fears that shaped many of my beliefs and patterns throughout life. Through my work as a psychologist, I gained a deeper understanding of these patterns, yet I discovered that understanding alone was not always enough. I was searching for a deeper connection with myself and a more holistic path toward healing.

After becoming licensed, I felt called to explore something beyond traditional psychology. As my mentor beautifully says, “Reiki finds you.” And that is exactly how it felt.

When I experienced Reiki for the first time, I was moved deeply. Initially, I did not notice dramatic changes. I did not share my experience with others, and my own anxiety prevented me from fully embracing the practice right away. Yet Reiki continued to work quietly within me.

Over time, I began noticing beautiful shifts. I learned to create healthier boundaries, release relationships and patterns that no longer served me, and reconnect with my own health, intuition, and aspirations.

What began as a personal healing journey became a calling and a purpose.

Today, I am honored to share Reiki healing, mindfulness meditation, and wellness practices with my community—both in person and online. My intention is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can reconnect with yourself, find balance, and explore your own healing journey.

Outside of my work, I love traveling (even though I wish I did more of it!), cooking, practicing yoga, meditating, and spending time with my little angel, Pari, my dog, who brings so much joy and love into my life.
