Hello Everyone. I am Nehaa. My journey as a child including being anxious, shy and fearful of breaking patterns. As a Psychologist, I gained an understanding of these patterns but it still had a hold on me through my whole life. Once I got Licensed, I wanted something more, but unrelated to Psychology. As my mentor says, Reiki finds you. So it did and I was in tears. I took my first training and did not notice any changes, did not inform anyone about it, did not practice due to high anxiety. However, Reiki continued to heal me even though I did not notice. I was able to set boundaries, release toxic relationships, and focus on my own health and aspirations.

So Reiki brought a lot of healing and helped me break those patterns that had a hold on me.

So what began as a personal journey has now become my purpose of life. I am so excited to offer these beautiful services to my community in person or online.
